Cancellations:
You can request a cancellation of your order within 7 days of placing it. However, please note that cancellation requests may not be accepted once the order has been communicated to our vendors and the shipping process has been initiated.
Return of Products:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. We will review your request and, if confirmed, initiate the return process. Returns will be processed only after our team verifies the issue with the product.
If the product received does not match the description on our website or fails to meet your expectations, please notify our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. Our team will assess your complaint and determine the best course of action.
Exceptions:
For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty claims.
Refunds:
Once a refund is approved, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed back to your original payment method.
